A SWINDON woman who had sex with an 11-year-old boy and was spared jail has advertised herself as ‘honest and trustworthy, with a good heart’ on a social dating site.

Jade Hatt, 21, was meant to be babysitting for the 11-year-old lad last November when they had sex.

She was spared jail after the lad’s dad, who she had also had a fling with, described her as immature and said his son regarded it as a ‘notch on his belt’. However, the 11-year-old boy said he had not enjoyed it as it was wrong.

On social dating site badoo Hatt also describes herself as ‘kind, caring and understanding’.

The case, heard at Swindon Crown Court in October, received worldwide media attention.

Hatt, of Rolleston Street, pleaded guilty to sexual activity with a child but Rob Ross, defending, said his client was a small, immature, woman and the victim was very advanced for his years.

A petition was signed by 3,863 people calling for the sentence to be looked at again.

Following a review, the Attorney General announced that he will decide whether the initial sentence handed to Jade Hatt was unduly lenient.

The case will be heard in London at the High Court on December 8 at 10.30am by Judge Lady Macur.
