A MAN who allowed his house to be used for the trade in heroin has been released on bail by a judge.
Stephen Fuller admitted letting drug dealers ply their trade from his home on Thornford Drive, Westlea, on Monday July 6 last year.
The 40-year-old pleaded guilty to permitting his premises to be used for the supply in hard drugs, when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court.
Rob Ross, defending, said his client is a former addict and asked for a presentence report to be prepared on him.
Recorder Adam Vaitilingam QC adjourned the case to Thursday April 7 and released him on bail until then.
Zakarya Ali, 24, from Tottenham, north London, and Ali Musa, 26, of Hayes, Middlesex, each pleaded not guilty to conspiracy to supply drugs.
They were released on bail and will stand trial on Monday September 19.
