On Saturday the countdown begins to this year's first Swindon Shuffle Music Festival with the release of the official festival album.
The CD is released through local record label 4th Street Music and features 16 of the acts playing at the Shuffle, which runs from July 20 to 22 at various venues in the town to raise funds for the Prospect Hospice in Wroughton.
The official CD launch is at the 12 Bar in Westcott Place, Faringdon Road on Saturday with live performances from Jeff Like Usual, Simon Hall and an acoustic performance from Seven Years On. Entry is £4, including a complimentary copy of the CD, which includes the acts performing on Saturday, as well as Buswell, The Sturgis Armory, Electric City Heights, The She Beats, Black Eye Dog, The Alfonz, Truth Be Told and many more who will take part in the Shuffle.
"The Shuffle CD is an opportunity to raise additional funds for the Prospect Hospice as well as offer music fans a chance to sample some of the acts who will feature across the weekend," said organiser Richard Craven.
