NURSERY children practised their dribbling skills of the football variety and raised money for charity at the same time.
Youngsters from nine months to five-year-olds from the Windmill Hill day Nursery took part in a national event to support CLIC Sargent, a children's cancer charity.
The children collected sponsor money for every goal scored and nursery manager Angela Farmery said they were hoping to raise £400.
"We decided to take part in Kick for CLIC because it's a really fun way to raise money for such a worthwhile cause and it also teaches the children new skills and encourages them to be active."
The 60 youngsters have already raised £600 for the charity this year by doing things like organising raffles to win Mother's Day and Father's Day hampers.
Angela said: "The day went really well. Some of the older children went outside the nursery on to the nice green areas.
"The parents, relatives and friends had all sponsored the children for scoring an amount of goals but they all took part, from the babies upwards."
