WORKERS had to be evacuated from an Old Town opticians after a fire started in a toilet this afternoon.
Dorset & Wiltshire Fire & Rescue Service were called to the Outside Clinic, High Street, at 4.37pm after a fire was reported in a second floor toilet.
Three fire engines from Swindon, Stratton and Westlea, along with the aerial appliance attended the scene. People were evacuated from the building. No-one was injured in the fire.
Wiltshire Police are currently on scene dealing with traffic.
