A 38-YEAR-OLD man accused of 11 charges of inciting under-age boys to engage in sexual activity while in Benidorm, Spain has been committed to Swindon Crown Court.
Craig James Shaw, whose address was given at Swindon Magistrates Court on Wednesday as HM Prison Bullingdon, was unable to appear before the magistrates because he had slipped a disc and could not manage the stairs to the court room.
Solicitor Emma Thacker said she had spoken to Shaw and he had agreed that the case could proceed in his absence.
The magistrates declined jurisdiction and referred the case to Swindon Crown Court for a hearing on June 23. Shaw was remanded in custody.
