A judge has issued a warrant for the arrest of a teenager who is accused of again failing to comply with the terms of a suspended sentence.
Ben Hughes was due to appear at Swindon Crown Court charged with not abiding by the conditions of the order.
But after the 19-year-old, of Kingswood Avenue, did not turn up for the hearing a judge issued a warrant for his arrest.
Hughes was initially put on a youth rehabilitation order in October 2015 after admitting being concerned in the production of cannabis.
After breaching the conditions of that he was put on a 12 months suspended sentence in September last year, with six months added to it in May.
