A SWINDON man has been handed a curfew by magistrates.
Lee Martin William Bennett, 33, of Ainsworth Road, admitted to using racially-aggravated threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour causing another person harassment, alarm or distress.
He also pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis and failing to surrender to the court.
Swindon magistrates gave Bennett a two-month curfew, requiring him to stay at home between 7pm and 7am daily.
He was fined £100 and told to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £80.
