The Calley Arms in Hodson have raised £1,310 for Prospect Hospice through monthly quiz nights.
Last year, the first Monday of each month saw The Calley Arms packed with quiz-lovers wanting to test their knowledge in a challenging pub quiz.
"The pub quizzes attract a huge amount of support for the hospice," said landlord Sally Hillier.
"Most months the pub is packed - we encourage people to book in advance to avoid missing out on their chance to take part! Everyone has a great time, and we have lots of regular teams.
"The winning team receive half of the entry money, with the other half being donated to the hospice, but I've never known a team to take home their winnings - they always donate the full amount to the hospice. The generosity of the quiz-goers is tremendous."
Hollie Ricketts, from the hospice's fundraising team, said: "We would like to thank Landlord's Sally and Jason Hillier for choosing to support us, and also quiz masters Liz and Mel Hopkins for all their hard work, and for giving up the first Monday of each month.
"We would also like to express our thanks to the wonderful supporters who turn up each month to take on the quiz and show their support for Prospect Hospice."
The monthly Monday night quizzes continue in 2018 - visit www.calleyarmshodson.com for more information, or call 01793 740350 to book a table.
