A PENSIONER was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries after a hit-and-run in Woodhall Park.
Police are keen to speak to anyone who witnessed the crash, which took place at the junction of Southernwood Drive and Westfield Way at around 8.50pm on Sunday night.
The man, 75, believed to be either the driver or a pedestrian in the Toyota, was taken to John Radcliffe Hospital. The occupants of the Corsa fled the scene.
PC Windsor of the Tri-Force roads policing unit said: “A serious injury road traffic incident occurred on the junction of Southernwood Drive and Westfield Way involving a blue Corsa, a red Toyota Yaris and a pedestrian.
“A 75-year-old male has sustained life-threatening injuries as a result and has been taken to hospital.
“Police are keen to trace any witnesses to the incident who have seen the vehicles prior to the collision and anyone who was in the area at the time and may have dash-cam footage.”
No arrests have been made.
