This is where Swindonians may be spending a large part of their leisure time in future - as long as plans are approved.
Developers Seven Capital are hoping to get the go ahead to build the £270 million North Star leisure village soon, from the borough council - detailed plans have been submitted and are awaiting a decision.
Seven Capital have produced this computer generated film of how the development, which could be built on derelict former industrial land across Hawksworth Way from the Oasis leisure centre , might look.
Plans for the leisure villa include a 13 screen multiplex cinema, with the largest IMAX screen in Europe, and in indoor snow and ski centre, a bowling alley and trampoline centre.
There could also be shops and restaurants. Seven capital says outdoor shop Ellis Brigham and bowling operator Hollywood Bowl have already agreed to take units when the centre is built.
