Swindon’s Kentwood Show Choir will be performing at a concert in aid of The Willows counselling service. The Willows was one of former mayor, the late Rex Barnett’s chosen charities, and his wife Sandra continues his work for the charity every year by organising a charity concert. Kentwood singers led by Sheila Harrod will be singing on Sunday, September 23 at the Blunsdon House Hotel in Swindon at 7.30pm. The concert will be the first time Sheila will pay a new £1,000 Casio piano given to the choir by Holmes Music as part of their sponsorship of Kentwood. Tickets for the concert are £8 from 01793 722320.
