FIREFIGHTERS were called to Cricklade pub The Red Lion to extinguish a small chimney fire on Christmas morning.
The crew from Stratton fire station used chimney rods and buckets of water to put out the small fire. The fire service had been called to the High Street pub shortly after 8.30am.
The pub was unaffected, with the Red Lion open for drinks this afternoon.
