DAFFODIL pins will go on sale in Swindon shops to support people with terminal illnesses.
Marie Curie launches its annual Great Daffodil Appeal at the Designer Outlet on Saturday.
The charity community fundraiser in Swindon Rebecca Dade said: “Chances are, we all know someone who’s been affected by a terminal illness, and it’s heart-breaking that not everyone gets the care and support they need to live their final days with dignity, in the place they want to be.
“Whatever your story, donating and wearing a daffodil pin during March unites you with millions of others to help make sure all dying people get the care and support they deserve.”
Daffodil pins will also be available from the Marie Curie shop in Royal Wootton Bassett and stores including Superdrug, Spar, Hotter Shoes and Wyevale Garden Centres.
TV star Alison Steadman supports the charity's campaign after it cared for her mother. Visit www.mariecurie.org.uk/daffodil or call Rebecca Dade on 01179 420429 for more information.
