OLD Town Festival is seeking help from up to 50 volunteers to put on the week-long summer event.
Denise Rogers, chairman of the organising committee, said: “Every year over 15,000 residents from right across Swindon and the surrounding area come and enjoy the very best of what our community has to offer during the Old Town Festival.
"But this is only possible due to the generosity of a legion of volunteers who give their time to support this important community event.
"Volunteering is great fun, and there are lots of different ways to get involved during the festival. So if you can give as little as two hours please do get in touch and help us make the event even better in its 28th year."
Volunteers are asked to give at least two hours' support. Roles range from marshalling the parade to clearing up.
The festival runs from June 9 to 15. To register your interest in volunteering, email: swindonoldtownfestival@gmail.com.
