A TEEN broke his bail conditions in a bid to see his baby girl.
The Swindon 16-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, is banned from contacting the mother of his toddler. But he breached his bail when he was found to have been in contact with his partner, also 16, to set up times to see their young child this month.
Defending, Emma Thacker said both the boy and the girl had been in contact with each other. However, she was hopeful her client had “learned his lesson”.
She added: “He’s very upset. He hasn’t been seeing his daughter and it’s very unlikely he will now.”
Magistrates let him off with a stern warning against breaching his bail conditions again. The boy is due before Swindon Youth Court on May 7.
