HERE are a few highlights of the final days of the first the Swindon Spring Festival.

Tonight sees a performance celebrating Our Swindon at New College. Tomorrow offers shows from comic Rob Gee and Shakespearean actor Emily Carding at the Arts Centre while Nicola Cornick talks about her new novel at Lydiard House.

Wednesday has thought-provoking talks on making the most of life, AI and creativity, and musical poetry from Pakistan at the Arts Centre.

The Creative Swindon Network launches on Thursday after films from Swindon Viewpoint. The Think Slam returns on Friday and the Poetry Slam returns on Saturday, which also has dance acrobatics and circus theatre at Swindon Dance and an array of workshops at Lower Shaw Farm.

An exciting festival finale kicks off at the Town Hall on Sunday from 7.30pm.
