A MAN assaulted by two men who sped away from the scene on the back of a moped.
Police said the victim, in his 20s, received an injury to his hand in the attack, but refused to say how the man had sustained the injury.
The assault was said to have taken place in Medway Road, Haydon Wick, at around 4.30pm on Monday, May 20.
One of the attackers, who was driving the moped, was described as being of slim build, average height and wearing an electric blue jacket and helmet.
The pillion passenger was slim and dressed in a black puffa jacket and helmet.
A Wiltshire Police spokeswoman said: "We'd like to hear from anyone who was in the area and witnessed the assault, or anyone who saw the two suspects make off from the scene on a moped."
