A SHRIVENHAM man will appear before Bristol Crown Court today to face charges he murdered a Swindon baby two years ago.
Paul Rich, 52, denies murdering three-month-old boy Patrick Bradley at a home on Thresher Drive, north Swindon, on March 30, 2017.
He faces another two charges of causing grievous bodily harm with intent to the infant between March 23 and 26 that year.
Appearing before the crown court earlier this year, Rich, of Sandy Lane, Shrivenham, entered not guilty pleas to all charges.
Those charges allege he murdered the baby, causing a number of fractures to his ribs. He is accused of unlawfully and maliciously causing those injuries with intent to cause Patrick grievous bodily harm.
