'Tea packs' have been created by the Swindon based charitable project Aurora to help local people raise money for young women with a breast cancer diagnosis.

Aurora was set up by Anushka Chaudhry, a breast surgeon at Ridgeway Hospital, and Charlayne Harding, a breast care nurse at GWH.

The packs contain tea bags, cake toppers and a recipe for a lemon cake.

Each pack will enable an individual to host their own tea party and raise money for the charity.

Ellie Chudleigh, a member of Aurora, said: "These tea packs are a great excuse for people to get together and enjoy some tea and cake whilst supporting a valuable local charity.

"Aurora supports young women in a variety of ways, including hosting a bi-monthly supper club for women to meet up in a relaxed environment.

"I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2017 and it's very tough for young women with families going through treatment, taking time off work and having to keep family life going."
