Alongside WrdeUp and MFor, Swindon and Wiltshire Pride is an event aimed at celebrating inclusion among the LGBTQ community.
Pride took a break last year but is now returning for its 11th year.
The event takes place at the Town Gardens in Old Town on August 10.
It social media manager Andy Midwinter said: “We took a break last year so that we could reconnect with the local LGBTQ community.
“To organise this event, it’s easy for it to end up controlling your life.
“Luckily we’ve not faced that many struggles, but funding is always an issue.
“However, our team puts together loads of great fundraising events that help us bring the community together this way.
“The best thing is that we’re such a positive event that people are already on our side.
“We have an experienced team to help make sure the day goes brilliantly, but there will always be things you have to plan for.
“This is my first year, but it’s going to be a fantastic time and will be great to see.
“To see the acceptance on this scale is quite powerful. It’s really hard not to come away feeling positive.
“It’s great to see the acceptance and support in the town.”
The main Pride parade at the is free and welcome to people of all ages and orientations. There is a ticketed After Party in the evening. For more information visit swindonwiltshirepride.co.uk
