A SWINDON-BASED bridal business will return to its Old Town home next week.

Trousseaux Contemporary Bridal Wear started out in Wood Street back in April 2008 after founder Kim Trueman set it up. The successful shop later moved to opposite the Goddard Arms and then moved to Groundwell Industrial Estate in 2015.

New owners Vicki and Paul bought the brand later that year and expanded it to a second office in Gemini House.

Vicki said: "Since we have taken over, we have always felt that we wanted to be in the high street where people could see our lovely shop, and come in and have the perfect bridal experience.

"We dreamed of creating a welcoming, fun, and beautiful space where brides could feel relaxed and excited to find their dream dress, and we started looking for new premises.

"By chance, we were introduced to the landlord of 55B Devizes Road and we knew it was perfect.

"We have spent the last few weeks transforming our vision into a reality, and now we have a stunning shop which is now very modern, bright and fun. It’s been hard work but well worth it."

The grand opening is on July 23 at 7pm.
