Central Library
POLICE were called to Central Library earlier today.
Two police vans and a police car parked outside the library near Regent Circus at around 3.40pm.
Officers were seen speaking to a man inside the library.
A Wiltshire Police spokeswoman told the Adver that the call was related to mental health but could not give further details.
