THE Workshed will host the launch of a new platform that will help developers carry out risk assessments.
LandHawk lets developers to see the impact of a project in 3D before they lodge a application with the planning authority.
Founder Tim Hughes will kick off the launch at 6pm on Wednesday with a short presentation ahead of an evening of networking with industry professionals.
He said: "LandHawk is literally changing the landscape for anyone looking for off market land to develop.
"Its bespoke algorithm is aligned to the UK National Planning Framework meaning its never been simpler or faster to make an instant decision on a parcel of land.
"This algorithm can also be customised to suit specific risk assessment needs. This event is a must if you want to find out more about what LandHawk has to offer."
