A BURGLAR was said to have threatened a shop assistant before crawling over the counter and stealing two tills.
Thames Valley Police issued the appeal after a shop on Reynolds Way, Abingdon, was targeted on Friday, September 27.
Two men entered the store, which has not been named by police, at 1.20pm and threatened the shop assistant, before one of the men crawled over the counter and stole two tills.
Police said the men were of average build and wore dark-coloured clothing and gloves. Their faces were covered and their hoods were up. The men left the scene in a white car with the partial registration plate DE12 ***.
Det Con Nicola Clark said: "We would ask anyone who saw these men approaching the shop or who has dash-cam footage from around the time of the incident to come forward."
