A fundraiser is asking for your help to complete a record-breaking charity challenge.

David Gretton has set himself the 30 before 30 challenge in aid of Mind.

He is hoping to break a new Guinness World Record by creating the world’s longest awareness video about mental health made up of clips from contributors around the country.

“I want as many people as possible to be involved,” said David. “People who have been through mental health struggles or have been a witness to it. It can be filmed anywhere, at home, work, or wherever is a safe space,” he added.

Participants should record a five to 10 second clip, with a short message about mental health.

At the end of each message contributors are asked to say “You are not alone” and email it to 3b3challenge@gmail.com with their full name and age.

If you would prefer for your surname not to be included in the credits please state this in your email.
