SWINDON: Laura Titcombe, 45, of Frith Copse, was fined £120 after admitting failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis.

Her driving licence was endorsed with 10 penalty points and she was ordered to pay £100 costs and a £32 victim surcharge.

SWINDON: Michael Gay, 56, of Gamekeepers Close, was banned from driving for 52 months after he pleaded guilty to twice being around three times over the drink drive limit.

Gay was behind the wheel of a VW Golf on Lady Lane on July 11 when he was found to have 103 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath.

On October 27 he was driving a silver Mazda Mx5 sports car when the booze level was even higher – 119 microgrammes in 100ml of breath. The limit is 35 microgrammes.

He must complete 150 hours of unpaid work and pay £85 costs and a £90 victim surcharge.

STRATTON ST MARGARET: A 15-year-old boy will be referred to a youth offender panel for four months after he admitted stealing a £10 lightbulb from Wilkinsons and a harassment charge.

Appearing before Swindon Youth Court, the boy – who cannot be named because he is under 18 – was also ordered to pay a £21 victim surcharge.

REDHOUSE: A girl, 15, will be referred to a youth offender panel for four months and pay a £21 victim surcharge after she admitted causing £50 damage to her mum’s window.

SWINDON: A 17-year-old boy damaged a Clio, a Mercedes van and a woman’s wall, Swindon Youth Court heard.

The boy, who cannot be named because he is under 18, also admitted cannabis possession and breaching the terms of a criminal behaviour order by shouting in the street. He must complete a 12-month youth rehabilitation order including 12 hours of reparation.

SWINDON: Murat Budancamanak, 46, of Wheatcroft Way, pleaded guilty by single justice procedure to speeding along the M4 near Swindon.

He was fined £580, his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points and he was ordered to pay £85 costs and a £58 victim surcharge.

M4: James Kleinman, 29, of Wotton Road, London, was fined £440 for speeding along the M4 between junctions 15 and 16. His driving record was endorsed with six penalty points and he was ordered to pay £85 costs and a £44 victim surcharge.

M4: Antonio Pinto, 49, of Godolphin Close, Freshbrook, was fined £230 for speeding on the M4 in a Vauxhall Astra. He pleaded guilty by single justice procedure.

He was ordered to pay £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge. His driving record was endorsed with five penalty points.

SWINDON: Sophie Cooper, 23, of Galsworthy Close, admitted sending a malicious Facebook message referring to her victim’s disability. Cooper was fined £200 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

CHISELDON: Katy Cuthbertson, 31, of Castle View Road, pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour. She was fined £50 and must pay £117 in costs and surcharge.

ALDBOURNE: Faye Keen, 44, of Westfield Chase, Aldbourne, pleaded guilty to assaulting an emergency worker on September 29. He was fined £120 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £32 victim surcharge.

HIGHWORTH: Robert Polito, 22, of Church View, admitted being twice over the drink drive limit.

He was caught behind the wheel of a Vauxhall Astra on September 28 on the B4019 between Highworth and Blunsdon. Tests showed he had 71 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35.

He was fined £483, banned from driving for 17 months and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £48 victim surcharge.

HIGHWORTH: Adam Hutchins, 24, of Eastview Terrace, admitted cannabis driving, driving a Renault Clio without due care and attention, driving while disqualified, without insurance and driving along Kingswood Avenue while over the 20mph speed limit.

He was sentenced to 18 weeks imprisonment suspended for two years. Magistrates banned him from driving for two-and-a-half years and ordered he pay £200 in costs and surcharge.

GORSE HILL: Ashwani Kumar, 55, of Cricklade Road, admitted assaulting a man by beating. He must comply with a three month curfew and pay a £90 victim surcharge.
