A 36-year-old man from Minety has been banned from driving for more than three years after he was charged with drink-driving.
Gavin Filkins, of Taylors Close, admitted driving with excess alcohol when he appeared before Swindon Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
Filkins was stopped by police on Taylors Close, Minety, on November 8 this year.
He was found to have 74 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the legal limit being 35 micrograms.
Filkins also admitted driving without insurance.
He was banned from driving for 41 months, and ordered to pay a fine and costs totalling £440.
