POLICE have cordoned off St Stephen’s Place car park in Trowbridge for the second time in four days.
They are helping paramedics to deal with a man who is suffering with mental health issues.
Emergency services staff are trying to bring the man to a place of safety.
A police spokeswoman said: "A cordon is in place while we deal with the incident. It would be inappropriate to comment further."
The incident is the second in the last week. Police cordoned off the car park last Friday.
