Football legend Harry Redknapp has thrown his weight behind a bid to help little boy smile again.

The former Tottenham Hotspur and Bournemouth manager sent Samuel May, organiser of Bring Back Oliver’s Smile, a video giving his support.

In the footage he says: “I’m Harry Redknapp, asking you to support Bring Back Oliver’s Smile. Please help us, thank you.”

Harry isn’t the only famous face to support the campaign. The 2018 Miss GB winner, Kobi-jean Cole, and Yeovil Town footballer Matthew Worthington have both given the campaign their backing.

Of the recent celebrity addition, Samuel May said: “It’s incredible, I was so shocked when it came through our email.

“We would love other celebs to get involved too.”

The fundraising campaigns aim to help improve the life of seven-year-old Oliver Johnson who suffered a massive seizure back in 2016.

Since then, Samuel has helped raise money by taking part in a variety of activities including a bushtucker trial.
