THE NHS Walk-in Centre is expected to remain shut until Wednesday morning after flooding forced it to close first thing today.

Swindon NHS Clinical Commissioning Group, which runs the service, said earlier this morning engineers were working to fix the cause of the flooding.

The Adver understands that has now been done and staff are awaiting a final clean of the walk-in centre this evening.

It is likely to reopen tomorrow morning.
