MOREDON: Arvydas Balciunas, 24, of Moredon Road, admitted damaging a woman’s window and possession of a BB gun.

He was given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £1,200 compensation, costs of £85 and a £21 victim surcharge.

GORSE HILL: Marcin Frackiewicz, 46, of Cricklade Road, pleaded guilty to assault by beating.

He was given a six-month conditional discharge, must pay £80 compensation and £86 in costs and surcharge.

OLD TOWN: Amber Goodwin, 19, of Prospect Hill, admitted failing to stop and the scene of an accident, failing to report an accident, driving without insurance and driving without due care and attention.

She was fined £500, given six points on her licence and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £40 victim surcharge.

SWINDON: Samuel Higham-Richards, 26, of Sanders Close, admitted possession of cocaine. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay £117 in costs and surcharge. The cocaine was forfeit.

RODBOURNE: Helen Selby, 46, of Mannington Park, was fined £166 and banned from driving for a year after she admitted drink driving.

She was behind the wheel of a 66 plate Lexus in Mannington Park on January 5 when breath tests found she had 44 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35.

Selby was ordered to pay £117 in costs and surcharge.

SWINDON: Iain Tucker, 53, of Whitby Grove, admitted drink driving. He was fined £415, banned from driving for 22 months and must pay £85 costs and a £41 victim surcharge.

SWINDON: Cristeo Xavier, 39, of Wellington Street, pleaded guilty to drink driving.

He was behind the wheel of a Vauxhall Vectra on Ponting Street on January 2 when he was more than three times the drink drive limit. Breath tests showed he had 117 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35.

He must do 100 hours of unpaid work, pay £85 costs and a £90 victim surcharge. He was banned from the roads for 26 months.

SWINDON: Leigh Coxhead, 35, of Harcourt Road, admitted assault causing actual bodily harm on a woman and assaulting another woman by beating in July last year.

He was ordered to do 150 hours of unpaid work, pay £325 compensation, £85 costs and a £90 victim surcharge.

SWINDON: Pawel Koniak, 39, of Studland Road, London, was fined £120 after he admitted drug driving.

He was driving a Vauxhall Movano on the M4 on July 23 last year when he was seven times the cannabis driving limit.

Magistrates banned him from driving for a year and ordered to pay a £32 victim surcharge.

PARK SOUTH: Matthew Nicholson, 60, of Ripon Way, admitted possession of cannabis. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay a £32 victim surcharge. The cannabis was forfeit.

STRATTON: Richard Weavers, 59, of Highworth Road, was fined £40 after he pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly at Tesco Orbital Way on December 28. He was ordered to pay a £32 victim surcharge.

LONDON: The Crown abandoned its case against a Romanian man accused of being the getaway driver for a shoplifting gang said to have stolen £3,200-worth of alcohol and food from Morrisons on Dorcan Way.

George Dutan, 22, of West Way, Hounslow, was told the case was discontinued.

SWINDON: Elijah Robertson, 34, of Banbury, admitted possession of 3.5g of cocaine. He was given an 18 month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £117 in costs and surcharge. The cocaine was forefeit.

STRATTON: Daniel Moss, 33, of Cunetio Road, was jailed for 24 weeks after he admitted driving a Vauxhall Astra on Kingsdown Road while he was banned from driving and uninsured.

He was banned for another year and told to pay a £122 victim surcharge.

ABBEY MEADS: Mark Gooch, 55, of Holliday Close, pleaded guilty to a racially-aggravated charge of disorderly behaviour and obstructing a constable. He was fined £705 for the disorderly behaviour charge and £470 for obstructing PC White. He must pay £85 costs and a £70 victim surcharge.
