SWINDON: Casmiro Fernandes, 41, of Westmorland Road, admitted two batteries and breach of a non-molestation order.

He was bailed to appear before Swindon Crown Court on April 17 for sentence.

PURTON: Thomas Fuller, 29, of Quarry Field, was given a 12 week prison sentence suspended for a year after he admitted shoplifting and brandishing a steak knife in the Peatmoor Co-op on Octoner 19.

He was ordered to complete a six month mental health treatment requirement and pay £85 costs and £122.

WILTSHIRE: Andrew Randall, 42, of Holt, pleaded guilty to breaching a non-molestation order by contacting a woman and threatening violence against her.

He was sentenced to 12 weeks imprisonment suspended for a year and ordered to complete 80 hours of unpaid work. Randall must pay £75 compensation, costs of £85 and a £122 victim surcharge.

SOUTH MARSTON: Adam Kiddle, 45, of Highworth Road, admitted assault by beating.

He was sentenced to an 18 month community order by the magistrates, with a requirement to complete a building better relationships course with the probation service.

He must may £85 costs and a £90 victim surcharge.

WILTSHIRE: Bobby-Lee Helsby, 25, of no fixed address, pleaded guilty to stealing £145-worth of goods from the Tesco Trowbridge store. He was jailed for four weeks and ordered to pay a £122 victim surcharge.

OLD TOWN: Lisa Rudman, 35, of Bacon Close, admitted drink driving, driving without insurance or a licence, failing to stop at the scene of an accident and taking a vehicle without consent.

Rudman was behind the wheel of another’s Renault Clio on December 30 last year when she hit an Audi Q3 on Victoria Road.

She was jailed for 15 weeks, with magistrates citing the danger the woman’s driving posed the public and her record of previous offences.

Rudman was disqualified from driving for four years and ordered to pay a £122 victim surcharge.

TOWN CENTRE: Corey Gunn, 22, of Harding Street, was found not guilty of assault by beating.

WILTSHIRE: Victoria Peel, 33, of Dunnet Close, Calne, was cleared by magistrates of beating a man last October.

SWINDON: Carl Wallis, 34, of Mellowground, admitted breaching a non molestation order, harassment and sexual touching.

He was bailed to appear before the magistrates’ court on April 3 for sentence.

SWINDON: Remiq Nelson, 24, of Chryssell Road, Lambeth, has been charged with possession of heroin and crack cocaine in Swindon on March 12 with intent to supply it to others.

He entered no pleas and was remanded in custody to appear before the crown court on April 17.

SWINDON: Terrance Bonner, 44, of Barton Hill, Bristol, is accused of being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine and heroin in Swindon between late November 2017 and January 2018. He has been jointly charged with three others.

He was bailed to appear before the crown court on April 17 for plea.

BLUNSDON: Jack Hardie-Brooks, 27, of Ermin Street, denies assaulting a police constable on January 7 this year. He was bailed for the trial on July 16.

WILTSHIRE: Eugene Yates, 37, of Blackmore Road, Shaftesbury, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of the sex offender register scheme by failing to register his address.

He was bailed to appear before Salisbury Crown Court on April 9 for sentence. He must report to Salisbury police station every Friday.

WILTSHIRE: Christopher Hobgen, 38, of no fixed address, was found guilty of three counts of possession of knives in Roundstone Street, Trowbridge, last November and two counts of assault.

He had previously admitted stealing electrical goods from Tesco Extra, Trowbridge, and committing an offence while subject to a suspended sentence. Hobgen was remanded in custody to be sentenced at Swindon Crown Court on April 17.
