POLICE officers were called after an Iceland customer reacted badly to being told there was a rationing system in place.

Wiltshire Police confirmed officers were called to reports of a low-level disorder at the Gorse Hill supermarket at 8.30am on Saturday.

A spokeswoman said: "A customer was told there was a limit on how many items they could buy.

"Nobody was injured and nobody was arrested, but words of advice were given to the customer."
