THE amount of people in the UK who died after testing positive for coronavirus has risen to 422, according to the NHS.
The figure is as of 1pm on Tuesday and represents a rise of 87 deaths from the day before.
In England specifically, a further 83 people had died since the last update, bringing the total number of deaths there to 386.
Patients were aged between 33 and 103 years old and all were in vulnerable groups including those with underlying conditions.
