SLIGHT tweaks to plans for the renovation of Eastrop Farm have been recommended for approval.
Work to change derelict workers' cottages and existing farm buildings into five houses has already started because it has planning permission.
But adding 'car barns' for the new houses, along with minor changes to the accommodation, had to be discussed by Highworth councillors before these amendments to the original plans could be made.
Mayor Julia Bishop said: "I went on the site visit, which was was very good. It's beginning to look really nice up there."
Coun Alan Bishop added: "It's very tidy and well done, so I can't see any reason why we we can't grant these changes."
Coun Keith Smith raised concerns about sorting out the drainage which will be included in the recommendation for approval.
