A woman brandished a pool cue, attacked a woman and sunk her teeth into a police officer’s shoulder, it is claimed.
Dona Keen, 36, faces two allegations of causing actual bodily harm and affray.
Prosecutor Nick Barr told Swindon Magistrates’ Court on Thursday the charges related to an incident at Aldbourne Sports and Social Club on September 29 last year.
Police were called after Keen allegedly launched an unprovoked attack on another woman at the bar, brandished a pool cue then, when police were called, bit a police officer in the shoulder.
Keen, of Hawkins Road, Aldbourne, entered no pleas to affray and two counts of ABH.
She was bailed for a plea and trial preparation hearing at Swindon Crown Court on August 28.
