An alleged drugs runner failed to appear before Swindon magistrates.
Alexter Tonto, 18, of Cossall Walk, Southwark, had been due before the court on Thursday afternoon to face charges of conspiracy to supply class A drugs.
He is accused of being involved in a County Lines operation to sell heroin and crack cocaine in Swindon.
Magistrates heard he had been summonsed to court by a letter but the Crown could not confirm it had been sent, meaning a warrant could not be issued for his arrest.
Chairman of the bench David Whetham adjourned the case to August 13.
