Nationwide will be closing three admin sites in Swindon as employees continue to work from home.
The Wakefield House, Pegasus and Optimus sites currently have less than 10 per cent of staff working in them.
Those staff will be relocated to the head office on Pipers Way over the next couple of months.
Richard Newland, director of branch and workplace development said: “The safety and well-being of our colleagues has been, and continues to be, a top priority.
"By temporarily closing these buildings and bringing everyone over to our head office we can keep colleagues safe, create a more vibrant work environment, use our space more efficiently and reduce our impact on the environment.
"We have a long history in Swindon and our commitment to the town and the local community remains unchanged.”
