Lidl confirms it is still coming to Greenbridge (but delays opening date)
Supermarket chain Lidl has reassured shoppers it will be opening a new store at Greenbridge Retail Park.
It was revealed in February that the discount supermarket would be moving into the empty Homebase site at the estate.

In March a spokesperson for the company said they hoped to open the store by 'early 2021' but that has now been moved to the summer.
A spokeswoman from Lidl said: "We can confirm that our store on Greenbridge Retail Park in Swindon is set to open next summer.
"We look forward to sharing an update on our plans with the local community as soon as we are in a position to do so."
