The Costa Coffee in Upper Stratton will close at the end of the month.
The cafe, which is located next to the Dobbies Garden Centre, has been on the site for the past five years.
A statement revealing the news was posted on its Instagram page and revealed the last date of operation would be December 31.
It said: "It is with a heavy heart that myself and my Costa family write this post, we have been told that as of December 31 we will be hanging up our barista badges for the last time in Costa Stratton.
"We firstly would like to thank everyone over the last five and half years who have been part of our family and worked within our store as well as those who have been our customers new and old and customers that have become part of our family and got to know us you have truly made our time at work not only become an amazing experience but made our days at work feel more than just a job.
"It gives me comfort to know not only have all our customers become our support in challenging times but we have become yours in many ways even if it’s just to talk to in times of need.
"It’s amazing to see what a small coffee shop turned into over the last five years.
"We hope that we will see you all over the next few weeks we will officially be closing our doors to the public at 4pm on the December 31.
"Please understand this is a very upsetting time for us and we have not been given any information on what will be in Costa’s place please let us have time to come to terms with this information."
