A Londoner who sold drugs in Swindon last summer was warned to expect a lengthy spell behind bars.
Appearing before Swindon Crown court via video link from Bullingdon prison on Friday, Davis, 23, of Cranbrook Road, Ilford, pleaded guilty to being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine and heroin between August and December last year.
Judge Jason Taylor QC ordered a short report from the probation service and remanded the defendant into custody. He will be sentenced on February 3.
He warned Davis: “You must understand as Mr Ross [his advocate] will have told you, even though I am asking for this response to supervision report it doesn’t change what will have to be an inevitable sentence of custody.”
Robert Harding appeared for the Crown. Rob Ross represented Davis.
