SWINDON: Sean Dickinson, 36, of Knowsley Road, pleaded guilty to damaging a window on June 8 last year. He was given a 12 month community order with 30 rehabilitation activity requirement days. He must pay £106.35 compensation and £25 costs.

STRATTON: David Evans, 39, of Meadowcroft, admitted driving a Yamaha motorbike on Meadowcroft while disqualified from driving and when the bike was uninsured. He must do 180 hours of unpaid work as part of a 12 month community order. He must pay £170 in costs and surcharge. His licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

PARK NORTH: Michael Harris, 21, of Lyndhurst Crescent, admitted possession of a blade at the Crumple Horn Pub and assaulting a man and woman on July 21 last year. He was sentenced to 14 months’ imprisonment suspended for two years and ordered to carry out 200 hours of unpaid work. He was ordered to pay £85 costs and a £128 victim surcharge.

TOOTHILL: Craig Deyager, 35, of Affleck Close, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour with intent to cause a man harassment, alarm or distress on June 3 last year. He was fined £130 and must pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

STRATTON: Nicholas O’Donnell, 34, of Ermin Street, pleaded guilty to making threatening text messages and telephone calls intended to cause anxiety to the woman who received them on January 21 last year. He was fined £100 and must pay £82 in costs and surcharge.

WILTSHIRE: Ann Jefferies, 46, of The Butts, Chippenham, admitted being the owner of a black Patterdale Terrier called Digby that, while dangerously out of control in Monkton Park, Chippenham, on January 25 last year, injured a woman. She was bailed and a pre-sentence report ordered. She will be sentenced on February 21.

PINEHURST: Kevin Curran, 32, of Beechcroft Road, admitted attempting to incite a girl aged 13 to 15 in sexual activity. He was bailed to attend Swindon Crown Court for sentence on February 5. He must register as a sex offender.

OLD WALCOT: James Easton, 23, of Bampton Grove, pleaded guilty to damaging a Wiltshire Police vehicle on September 16 last year. He must pay £120 compensation.

LIDEN: Veva Nockute, 27, of Conan Doyle Walk, was given a 12-month conditional discharge after she admitted assaulting a man last June. She must pay a £22 victim surcharge.

WALCOT: Jason Matthews, 51, of Courtenay Road, pleaded guilty to stalking a woman between December 23 and January 5. He was jailed for 10 weeks, made subject to a restraining order that will last indefinitely and pay a £128 victim surcharge.

TOWN CENTRE: Anna Parry, 33, of Harding Street, admitted assaulting a paramedic on July 22 last year. She was given a 12-month community order with up to 20 rehabilitation activity requirement days. She must pay £100 compensation to the paramedic and a £95 victim surcharge.

KINGSHILL: John Lamb, 36, of Grosvenor Road, admitted damaging a door. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay £50 compensation. An earlier community order imposed for obstructing a police constable was revoked and he was resentenced to a £40 fine.

KINGSHILL: Sante-Marie Parker, 23, of Grosvenor Road, pleaded guilty to assaulting a police constable on July 26 and assaulting a man and using threatening behaviour with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress on August 2. She was fined £360 and pay £150 compensation.

WALCOT: Tyrese Tilley, 18, of Burghley Close, admitted assaulting two police officers on August 22 last year and possession of cannabis. He was fined £50 for the cannabis and must pay £50 compensation to each of the two officers.

OLD TOWN: Dominic Whitehead, 27, of Bath Road, admitted possession of cannabis. He was fined £120 and must pay £117 in costs and surcharge.

CRICKLADE: Nina Austin, 42, who gave a care of address in Common Hill, Cricklade, given 18 weeks’ imprisonment suspended for a year after she pleaded guilty to sexually touching a man on February 1 last year. She was fined £80 for handling £180 in stolen cash. Austin must pay £122 in victim surcharge and register as a sex offender for seven years.

PINEHURST: Tyler Vernon, 27, of Bedwyn Close, admitted possession of cannabis and damaging a garden wall. He was fined £120 and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge.
