RODBOURNE: Kevin Clarke, 39, of Rodbourne Road, pleaded guilty to racially - disorderly behaviour. He was fined £274 and ordered to pay £182 in costs and surcharge.

FAIRFORD: Christopher Hicks, 36, of Welford Road, Fairford, admitted stealing alcohol from Sainsbury’s in Swindon on four occasions last January and taking alcohol from the Co-op in November.

He was ordered to pay more than £600 compensation, complete 80 hours of unpaid work and 15 rehabilitation activity days.

He also admitted damaging a door and window of a property in Fairford. He was ordered to pay £2,556.90 in compensation.

KINGSHILL: Kimberly Bird, 31, of Clifton Street, pleaded guilty to drink-driving a Mercedes A200 in Swindon last September and possession of cocaine. She was banned from driving for two years and ordered to complete 70 hours of unpaid work. Magistrates ordered she pay £180 in costs and surcharge.

COVINGHAM: Louis Cunningham, 32, of Mallard Close, was banned from driving for 17 months and fined £346 after he admitted drink driving a Ford Focus on Dorcan Way last August.

He must pay £117 in costs and surcharge.

POLICE: Wiltshire Police was given permission to retain under Proceeds of Crime Act rules two Gucci watches worth more than £1,000 and £2,365 cash seized from Callum Davies, 26, at a property in College Road, Trowbridge, on January 27. The force can retain the items for six months, but must come back to court if they wish to extend the order.

TOWN CENTRE: Pina colada thief Hayley Chichester, 35, of Station Road, was given a community order with 30 rehabilitation activity days after she admitted stealing five bottles of whisky, a can of pina colada and two meat pies from Tesco last September. The items were recovered. She also admitted stealing alcohol from a Waitrose in Stroud last summer. Magistrates ordered she pay £180 in costs and surcharge.

TOWN CENTRE: Michaela Johnson, 33, of Deacon Street, was fined £660 and given six penalty points after magistrates found proved an allegation she failed to give information relating to the driver of a Vauxhall Corsa. She must pay £110 costs and a £66 victim surcharge.

M4: Afraz Saied, 26, of Coolidge Close, Oxford, pleaded guilty to speeding on the M4 in a BMW 520D last September. He was fined £240, given six penalty points and ordered to pay £140 in costs and surcharge.

COVINGHAM: Aaron Ely, 23, of Bullfinch Close, admitted assaulting a woman in Purton and damaging a light switch belonging to the same woman last May. He was given an 18-month order with 20 rehabilitation days, fined £500, ordered to pay £600 in compensation and £85 costs.

WALCOT: Lennon McCulloch, 19, of Hunsdon Close, pleaded guilty to damaging two cars' wing mirrors last July. He must pay £326 compensation.

PARK SOUTH: Devon Hall, 24, of Oldlands Walk, was given a six month conditional discharge after he admitted possession of 28g of cannabis last July.

WESTLEA: Ahmed Osman Jama, 52, of Thornford Drive, was found guilty of disorderly behaviour. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £21 victim surcharge.

HAYDON END: Richard Purcell, 44, of Prospero Way, admitted driving a Peugeot 206 on Ferndale Road while disqualified and uninsured. He was fined £338, given six penalty points and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

TOWN CENTRE: Jaroslaw Ulewicz, 45, of Curtis Street, was fined £120 and banned from driving for a year after he pleaded guilty to driving a Mitsubishi Outlander in Coate Water car park last August without insurance or a valid MOT and on false plates. He must pay £119 in costs and surcharge.

WILTSHIRE: Lisa-Marie Harvey, 47, of Iffley Road, Rodbourne, pleaded guilty to drink driving a Mercedes Sprinter van in Pewsey last November. She was banned from driving for a year, given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £22 victim surcharge.

UPPER STRATTON: Simon Smith, 45, of Cricklade Road, admitted assaulting a man and stealing coffee and cheese from the Co-op last August. He was ordered to pay £100 compensation.
