The number of recorded coronavirus cases in Swindon increased by 55 in the last 24 hours, official figures show.

Public Health England figures show that 10,312 people had been confirmed as testing positive for Covid-19 by 9am on Sunday in Swindon, up from 10,257 the same time on Saturday.

 The borough's seven-day rolling infection rate is 92.7 cases per 100,000 people

Across the UK, the number of recorded cases increased by 9,834 over the period, to 4,115,509.
