THIS is a round-up of the week's public notices for the Swindon area.

SWINDON: Additional information and designs about the 120 homes and associated works at Catsbrain Farm on Highworth Road have been submitted. (Reference: S/RES/20/1651SASM)

This relates to Reserved Matters from previous outline permission S/OUT/19/0215

HIGHWORTH: Information on the proposed 50 homes on Wrag Barn Golf Course on Shrivenham Road has been submitted. (Reference: S/21/0015SASM)

It includes details about including access and internal roads, public open space and landscaping, SUDS and other associated infrastructure.

WICHELSTOWE: An application (reference: S/COHD/21/0189) has been made to Swindon's planning authority for consent on the discharge of condition 15 (Foul Water Drainage Strategy) and condition 16 (Surface Water Drainage Strategy) in so far as they relate to Parcel 8B pursuant to Wichelstowe Outline Planning Permission S/13/1524 which was accompanied by an Environmental Statement.

Freeman Retirement Living & Berkley Care (Wichelstowe) Ltd, c/o Lawrence Land is in the process of applying to build a care home on the site with 83 bedrooms, communal accommodation, parking and landscaped gardens.

The Environmental Statement can be viewed under S/13/1524. Copies of the Environmental Statement are available for purchase.

CHISELDON: A homeowner has applied to install replacement walls to a garage at The Manor House on Hodson Road.

CRICKLADE: Steve Pugh Logistics on Ferndale Road has applied to change its existing licence to keep an extra five goods vehicles and five trailers at the operating centre at Chelworth Industrial Estate in Cricklade.

Owners or occupiers of land near the operating centre who believe that their use or enjoyment of that land would be affected, should make written representations to the Traffic Commissioner at Hillcrest House, 386 Harehills Lane, Leeds, LS9 6NF, stating their reasons, within 21 days of this notice.

Representors must at the same time send a copy of their representations to the applicant at the address given at the top of this notice.
