This is the face of a Swindon cannabis dealer sent to custody for more than two years this week.
Wiltshire Police released Paul Osei-Antwi’s custody image after the 21-year-old was sentenced to 27 months’ custody at Swindon Crown Court by Judge Peter Crabtree. You can read about the case here.
The Toothill man was twice caught with cannabis and cash. Thousands of pounds was also found in his Nationwide bank account.

His lawyer, Rob Ross, had sought to keep Osei-Antwi out of custody – describing his client as an intelligent young man who had taken a very poor decision while still a teenager.
“He’s learnt this is not the way to do things. The way to do things is to use the brain you’ve got to get an education,” the advocate said.
