WILTSHIRE POLICE: Magistrates signed a three month closure order on a property in Kemerton Walk, Park South.
SWINDON: Matheus De Oliviera, 23, of Hinton Street, admitted driving a Peugeot 207 on Ocotal Way last April while over the cannabis limit. He was fined £100, banned from driving and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge.
EASTLEAZE: Bryce Chamberlain, 21, of Longstock Court, admitted racially aggravated disorderly behaviour and was fined £200 and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.
M4: Gheorghe Samson Gheorghe, 24, of Clifton Street, Cardiff, pleaded guilty to driving a Vauxhall Zafira on the M4 last April while banned from driving, over the speed limit and in which the number of passengers risked a danger of injury.
He was ordered to carry out 120 hours of unpaid work, pay £180 in costs and surcharge and was banned from driving for a year.
The court register notes the defendant was unaware he had been banned from driving.
PARK NORTH: Marie Marsh, 40, of Axbridge Close, admitted stealing Lynx box sets, cans and other items from Poundland last May. She was given a 12 month conditional discharge and must pay a £22 victim surcharge.
SWINDON: Jack Henry, 26, of Stoneleigh Drive, Carterton, was fined £200 after he admitted possession of cocaine and ketamine. He must pay £117 in costs and surcharge.
PENHILL: Jake Weiss-Cook, 28, of Stapleford Way, pleaded guilty to possession of 11g of cannabis and producing a cannabis plant. He was fined £50 and must pay a £34 surcharge. The drugs were forfeit.
ROYAL WOOTTON BASSETT: William McDonagh, 30, of Lincoln Road, Peterborough, was found guilty of racially aggravated threatening behaviour in Wootton Bassett on March 25, 2020.
He was fined £300 and ordered to pay £650 costs and a £32 victim surcharge.
OLD TOWN: Harry Powdrill, 22, of Heanor, Derbyshire, was fined £369 and banned from the road for 17 months after he pleaded guilty to drink driving in Hoopers Place last July.
He must pay £122 in costs and surcharge.
PARK NORTH: Tomas Samoska, 30, of Clanfield Road, was fined £1,333 after he admitted driving whilst disqualified and without insurance. He was banned from driving for nine months and must pay £85 costs and a £133 surcharge.
KINGSHILL: John Lamb, 36, of Grosvenor Road, admitted drug driving a Vauxhall Astra on Great Western Way. He was fined £150, given a 12 month driving disqualification and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge.
PENHILL: Bradley Stacey, 18, of Stapleford Way, was given a 12 month community order after he pleaded guilty to assaulting a PCSO, disorderly behaviour and possession of cannabis. He was ordered to pay £50 compensation.
FRESHBROOK: David Brickell, 24, of Castle Dore, admitted stealing a toolbox and tools and interfering with vehicles. He was fined £400 and ordered to pay £200 compensation and £85 costs.
STRATTON: Stuart Feltham, 31, of Gifford Road, admitted drink driving a Ford Transit last October and driving the van without insurance. He was fined £350, disqualified from driving for a year and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.
PINEHURST: Patrick Bryan, 59, of Pinehurst Road, was banned from the roads for a year and fined £150 for drug driving a Vauxhall Mokka on Wootton Bassett Road last May. He must pay a £34 victim surcharge.
ELDENE: Waseem Ehsan, 47, of Islandsmead, admitted drug driving and possession of crack cocaine and heroin. He was banned from driving for a year, fined £250 and ordered to pay £119 in costs and surcharge.
TOWN CENTRE: Dorel Lela, 30, of Newhall Street, was fined £733, given six points and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £73 victim surcharge after he admitted driving a Renault Clio while disqualified from driving and when the car was not insured.
NYTHE: Stephen King, 37, of Blakeney Avenue, was found guilty of speeding in a Fiat 500 on Great Western Way. He was fined £220, given three points and ordered to pay £124 in costs and surcharge.
M4: Chelsea Nile, 24, of Skipton Drive, was fined £153 and given six points for speeding on the M4. She must pay £124 in costs and surcharge.
