Magistrates have remanded an alleged teen drug dealer in custody.
Ewan Burrows, 18, is said by prosecutors to have had a significant amount of cannabis and 60 wraps of heroin and crack cocaine when police raided his home on Wednesday as part of an operation targeting an alleged drugs line in east Swindon.
Appearing before Swindon Magistrates’ Court earlier this afternoon, Burrows, of Green Road, Upper Stratton, entered no pleas to charges of being concerned in the supply of heroin and crack cocaine, possession with intent to supply cannabis and possession of criminally acquired cash.
He was remanded into custody by the justices and will appear before Swindon Crown Court on March 26 for a plea and trial preparation hearing.
Ben Worthington appeared for the Crown Prosecution Service. Gordon Hotson represented Burrows.
