A WALCOT man will stand trial in the summer over claims he was dealing cannabis.
Appearing before Swindon Crown Court on Friday, Fayne Viegas, 18, of Frobisher Drive, pleaded not guilty to being concerned in the supply of a class B drug in Swindon in August 2020.
Judge Peter Crabtree bailed him for the trial on June 23.
A co-defendant, Aaron Kuffour, 18, of Jacobs Walk, Liden, admitted the charge of being concerned in the supply of the class B drug.
David Scutt represented the Crown Prosecution Service at the short hearing. Tony Bignall appeared for Viegas and Emma Handslip for Kuffour.
